If for any reason the item does not meet with your requirements you may return it to us in its original condition and packaging; including any free promotional items, within 14 days from the date of delivery.  

Please note that for reasons of hygiene, all our earrings for pierced ears or body piercings are packed in sealed tamper proof packaging.  Once the seal has been broken, we do not accept returns under any circumstances, unless faulty.  


How do I return an item to Eurosparkle?

  • If you receive an item that is different to what was described, or that is clearly in worse condition than indicated, please contact us to report the defect or damage within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.
  • We will reimburse the cost of return delivery if your return is due to a Eurosparkle error.  For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service to return your goods, as we are only responsible for the items once they are received back at our premises, but if they are lost/damaged during transit, Royal Mail will expect you as the sender to claim for them, and not us.
  • Please package the item securely to avoid damage during the return.  If possible, please use the original packaging.
  • Please note that we cannot accept returns that are delivered to us by hand.
  • Once we receive your return items, we will process it as quickly as possible and you will receive an e-mail confirming the details of your refund.

    If an item appears to be faulty once it has been adjusted, shortened personalised etc, we are unfortunately unable to take it back as a return due to it having been dealt with by an outside party which may have contributed to causing the fault. In such instances, please return the item to the manufacturer under the manufacturer warranty, to the service centre specified for them to deal with it professionally. If you need a copy of the warranty, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will endeavour to assist you.

    Where the item does not have a manufacturer’s warranty and has been altered, shortened, adjusted etc, please contact us and we will be glad to look at the item for you.  It will be at our discretion to decide how to proceed and resolve this matter, and we will of course contact you once a decision has been made.
